Your menu sounds so yummy. I love to read about food right now, I just can't eat anything. :( I am ready for my nauseousness to end. I read what others are eating and then try to imagine it for myself and it just doesn't work. My hubby is so great about it though.

Hope you have a wonderful week!

I'm excited for you...but I can completely remember the nine month sickness that I had with each of my pregnancies. It was very difficult for me. The reward of such a sweet blessing is great and I know it is worth it!

I hope you start feeling better really soon!

I love portobello mushrooms. I may have to try that simple recipe.

Kim ---- you always have such GREAT menu's!
And while I am not a vegetarian -- I am trying to cut down on the amount of meat we eat so am always looking for great meatless meals (much to the chagrin of my hubs -- but I'm trying to help him be healthier)
THANKS for the link. I will be trying this.
Also - if you ever come back to Maggie Valley --- please let me know because we now live 30 minutes away....
blessings!
Mindy
