Honoring Daddy
We were up very early this morning making Father's day cards. In the midst of coloring a beautiful card for daddy, Evie(our 4 year old) asked, "Mommy, when will it be Sister's Day?"

We celebrate daughters day in our house.....halfway between mother's day and father's day....our eldest (because our three week old is still a little young yet) gets to pick out what she wants to eat and do for the day...we give her a card and a little trinket and make sure she feels special....we can't wait to do it with all of them...if we ever have boys we will have to have a sons day as well!

She is sooo cute in that red polka dot dress! My girl's used to have a red polka dot dress when they were about 2. I loved it. So much so that I packed it away in tissue for their children. I couldn't bear to give that one away.

She's one smart cookie! I do believe there is a children's day. Is that close enough? :v)

She looks so cute in her red polka dots!
