Celebrating Eliot
I want to dedicate this post to Eliot and his parents. You can read their beautiful story here.
Many of you have followed Eliot's little fragile life unfold....his life was a gift, indeed,to his mommy and daddy and, also,to all of us who watched on. I do not know them personally;they are friends of a friend. But our family feels connected to them through our faith in Christ Jesus and through their example of humbleness and godly courage that has served as an example to us. Our family has been praying for them over the last 3 months--but the prayers need to continue...these sweet believers will miss that little boy so much and the days will be hard. Please pray for them when you think of them.
We do celebrate Eliot and all he taught us. God's purposes are greater than we can understand but the depth of His love is always with us. In Eliot's life,we see that love. Thank You,Eliot! May God receive all glory.

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace, the times of sweet victories, and the tears of trials, knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

I've followed Eliot's story for the past couple of months as well. I was so caught off guard when I visited his blog this week.
Their story is such a wonderful testimony. I so enjoyed the lessons from Eliot. I'll miss him, too, even though I don't even really know the family.
This is so heart wrenching as mom, but so joyous as a believer. I just imagine Eliot sitting in God's lap, singing and laughing away... I was always so moved, so touched when I went to their blog weekly. I will continue to pray for them. And you know what, I can't wait to meet Eliot one day! :)
Very touching...
I looked throught their blog just tonight and want to go back to read more. It was very encouraging and so joyful....I love that, all glory to GOD! They as his parents are being used mightly!
