Recipes
I had quite a few of you ask about recipes! I usually post a recipe or two,or at least a link to a recipe. I'm sorry I didn't take that time to do that yesterday. I was in a hurry and never got around to coming back and adding it. I'll be glad to do that for you now.

Chris, This is the shrimp scampi recipe I like, although I have tried different ones--this one tastes the best to me.

My vegetable beef soup recipe is one I have just put together based on the likes of my family. Here is one that is close to what I make. My only difference is I use less tomato juice and some beef broth, too. Sometimes, I use V8 juice instead of tomato juice.
Comfort Chicken Noodle Casserole

1 Package meduim egg noodles, cooked and drained....I cook these in the chicken broth from the chicken.
2-3 Chicken breast,cooked in seasoned broth,shredded
1 soup ladle of the broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup (I always use the Healthy Request)
1 8 oz sour cream
salt,pepper,and dried parsley to taste

Combine all the ingredients above in a 9x13. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top. Cover and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until hot.

This is an easy, economical, filling noodle dish that my family really likes. Enjoy!

Yey! This looks like a shrimp scampi recipe I can do. Thanks for posting the link. It'll probably show up in my Menu Plan Monday in the next few weeks... :)

Have a blessed day, Kim!
