What fun!

It has been a fun week! But, I am exhausted! Completely and utterly exhausted...I'm not sure if it is that I have more children or that I am older...but I used to not get this tired!!!! And, I must say, I am in pretty good shape! I just need the energy of a 25 year old. The trip to the museum and zoo was great! Everybody had fun! We went inside a space ship, examined teeth, looked for fire hazards, bathed baby dolls, saw Indians and a wolf, and even sat on a life size cow. At the zoo, we saw every animal...and even some babies! The gorilla mommy had a very small baby that was so adorable! The daddy kept his distance, but was keeping watch over them both. We rode the train which is always my favorite thing to do. We spent $17 on four teeny tiny bowls of dippin' dots. All in all, it was a lot of fun! Just wanted to share some pictures with you.

Looks like you are building some great memories. I love how your bigger girls always seem to be hugging or helping the little ones, so sweet!

Your children are absolutely beautiful, Kim. I'm glad you had a great time this week. What great memories you have made. Just think, another one will be added to your clan soon. How tired do you think you'll be then? :) The best 'kind of tired' though, huh?

Have a great day!

What a fun trip! I hear you on the exhausted thing. I've noticed that I'm so much more tired with my little guy being in my thirties this time around. Thank goodness for big kids to chase him...lol.

Kim,
What a wonderful week of memories. I walk in a similar path with five kids ranging in age from a 15 year old down to a 2 year old. I did so many fun things with my oldest three. My younger two have done different things and I try to not compare too much realizing that life changes. The older three are so good with the younger two, and that is something that is unique and just part of being a family. Every day after school either my twelve year daughter or my ten year old son will take the two year old for a walk and play time at the park in our neighborhood. They keep him outside for about an hour and he loves it. I decided not to feel guilty that I am not doing it, since they look forward to spending this time with him. And with Lydia being added to your family, things will probably change even more, but it is all good!!

That does look like fun!
And I hear ya! I think I am even older than you and my little ones and all the activities (And home schooling) certainly wear me out sometimes! ;)

How fun! I love the zoo. But I'm exhausted at the end of those days too.

Isn't the price of the dipping dots nuts? Personally I don't like them because they give me brain freeze. :v{

The Ice Cream of The Future...or at least that is their motto! They look like little rabbit pellets, and they are a fun treat.

Glad you guys had such a blast Kim, we went to the Houston Zoo last week and it was amazing how much fun we had!

Since you typically don't post pictures, this has been very fun to see you and your family in actions! ; )
