Conversation over Breakfast
Evie: I can count all the way to 100!

Me: Yes, I know...you have been learning so much!

Evie: Mommy, how old are you?

Me: 39

Evie: I can't count all the way to that!

Me: Thanks, darling...

So cute Kim! Is "Evie" short for Evelyn by any chance? Our friends daughter has the same nickname and her name is Evelyn. So beautiful! Have a blessed weekend! I am spending some time this evening on your blog looking through more adoption posts :)

Tee Hee. One time at the Vancouver Aquarium, my son piped up in the LOUDEST voice possible and said, "I know how you can tell which ones are the mommies.....they're THE FATTEST ONES." I almost died of embarrassment! Everyone laughed and he just looked at me innocently, like, "what did I say?" Kids keep you humble, don't they? :-)
