Where Has The Time Gone? Our Girl is Sweet Sixteen!

It is a special day at our home...our oldest is turning 16 today! We had our traditional birthday breakfast this morning...usually it is pancakes with strawberries and whip cream...today we had chocolate chip pancakes(a little too many) with whip cream and sprinkles. I had organic skim milk with whey protein : )...but, the kids sure did enjoy it!

My husband and I have a VERY special evening planned for our daughter. I will tell you all about it afterwards...hopefully with pictures, too.

Happy Birthday to your beautiful daughter!

Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I've read but not commented, it's been overwhelming around here.

Your daughter is truly beautiful...both on the inside and out. You can truly see her gentle spirit, and sweet heart in her eyes. What a BLESSING I know she is to your life.

You and your husband have, and continue to do an amazing job of raising your children, and I KNOW that your daughter will continue to grow into the BEAUTIFUL dimond...God is shaping her to be.

Happy.....Sweet....16th....to your precious daughter.

Kim~

She is beautiful, Kim! It must be very exciting and also sobering to watch your children as they get nearer adulthood.

Can't wait to see pics and hear about it. My mother gor me (and each of my sisters) a tiered birthday cake made at a specialty bakery for our sixteenth birthdays.
