13 Things to do when 3 of 4 children are sick...yes,the baby boy has it now.

1) Buy out the store with Tylenol melt aways and ibuprofen liquid.

2) Purchase 3 boxes of fruit popsicles.

3) Have various DVDs on hand for entertainment.

4) Keep wearing my SARS mask.

5) Go to the doctor--we did that yesterday.

6) Wash hands alot...I've been doing this so much,my hands feel like sand paper.

7) Keep my Philosophy Amazing Grace hand cream by the kitchen sink...to *save* my hands.

8) Keep sippy cups and big kid cups full of water and juices.

9) Make Campbell's homestyle chicken noodle soup.

10) Keep cool wet wash cloths by everyone's bed.

11) Keep a servant's heart.

12) Ask God for grace.

13) Thank God and our pediatrician for strong cough syrup that helped everyone sleep last night!

Oh, I love 11 and 12. Praying for everyone to bounce back... soon. And for you not to catch it! Good call on the SARS mask. They can see mom smile another time, LOL.

OK Kim, print out your own post. Put it on your fridge. Read it any time you feel that the China trip might be a bit much for you. ; ) You will be encouraged and know that you can do ANYTHING!!! I soooo admire you for doing all of this and probably with a mother's heart!! Hope everyone is better soon!

Sounds like you've got a plan, still it's hard having that many little ones under the weather. I remember seeing our VERY active son, when he'd get sick, and just wishing he'd be up and running around again. Hurts your heart when they're not feeling well. xoxo

As a friend of mine used to say, this did not come to stay...it came to pass! Hang in there; may God give you His strength to persevere! Spring WILL come!
