Not Completely Wordless Wednesday
This picture was taken August 8,2006. This was the day I sent our completed dossier to our adoption agency(Chinese Children Adoption International-CCAI). After a couple of weeks of critical review it was sent on to China on August 21,2006. A great day!!!!

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace, the times of sweet victories, and the tears of trials, knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

Kim, I love how you take pictures of your life! I do the same thing and I know it drives me family crazy sometimes, but they are always excited to see the results.
That day probably already seems like light years ago, yet at the same time the days go by slowly when you are thinking of holding Lydia in your arms. So many prayers for one little girl!
Blessings :)
Kim
What a beautiful picture and gift you will be able to show your daughter someday! She is truly a blessed little girl!
interesting! it caught my attention!
What a great picture to show Lydia someday! Good idea to capture moments like that.
What a very memorable moment. Glad you were able to record it.
Wow - you're so smart to have taken a picture of the moment! that's so neat.
You become so glued to those papers, don't you? I remember actually taking the most important documents with us anywhere we went in case our house was destroyed for any reason! Everything precious and crucial is in that envelope! ; ) HA!
Oh, I remember that day in our China journey . . . I remember handing over that FedEx package and whispering, "that's my baby in there, please be careful." As we headed out of Kinko's I broke down crying - I was so relieved, we had finished all those months of work, and now the waiting had begun.
All the lessons God had taught me during the paperchase were just the tip of the iceberg compared to the lessons learned during waiting.
I'm sure you can identify.
I can't wait until your Wordless Wednesday photo someday will be of your sweet daughter from China! :)
And look at you beaming ear to ear! What a great pic to capture the joy!
Oh my goodness- I REMEMBER that day like it was yesterday. I think I checked and rechecked all that paperwork so many times before I finally handed our dossier over to Fed Ex, the whole line behind me applauded. LOLOLOL.
What a great picture!
This is something we're considering and praying about, so I love how you share these steps in your journey. :)
Great feeling, isn't it, Kim? I know Lydia will appreciate the photo journaling you've done of your adoption process!
Great picture! I am sure that your daughter will cherish those pictures of all that you went through to get her.

This is soooo cool. I walked these steps with my sister...
I had to smile when I saw your title, mine was "Wordless Wednesday (almost)"!!!
Love that you have a photo of that momentous event. What a treasure for days to come.
KIM!!!! You KNOW I LOVE this picture!!!! It is SO scary mailing off your dossier, isn't it? You work SO hard on it for a few months only to have to hand it over to complete strangers at the post office!!! Praise the Lord it made it to your agency safely!
His,
Mrs. U
