Monday Menu

Monday--Cranberry and Brie stuffed chicken breast(I'm trying this out as a possible holiday family meal), baked sweet potatoes, whole grain bread
Tuesday--Poppy Seed Chicken, brown rice, steamed broccoli, rosemary bread
Wednesday--Spinach salad (at least for me...everyone else will probably have soup and sandwiches)
Thursday--Caesar chicken roll, whole wheat pasta, fresh garden salad
Friday--Vegetable Beef Soup and French bread
Saturday--birthday party, eat out

Here is a great quote I heard this past Lord's Day:

Man does make choices that can have eternal consequences, but without the intervention of God, man will make the wrong choice everytime.

Something to think about on this Monday morning. Have a great week! I pray your family meal time will be a sweet time of encouragement and blessing.

I would gladly pass on any recipe I have, but this one(cranberry and brie stuffed chicken) is from the Fresh Market. I bought it all ready to go...I just have to cook it. I cheated! : ) I am hoping it will be good, because I may serve it at a family dinner during the Christmas season.

I love the meats at the Fresh Market...it has been a new find for me! They have wonderful fresh seafood, too! I love Salmon!

I made Poppy Seed Chicken on Saturday ;) I wonder if it is the same recipe? I was going to post it this week because it is rich and savory favorite!

Vegetable Beef Soup sounds really good! The weather is getting colder this week and I am trying to use up what is in the fridge before we go out of town.

Great quote!
