I am so glad you are better. I am fighting a cold and hoping it doesn't get much worse. Happy New Year to you! I had another friend say that it was a very sweet worship time yesterday, too. I hated missing it, especially communion. Have a blessed week, friend. Lord willing, I will see you either at the wedding (Hill) or Wednesday night.

Oh, “black eye peas” my Mom still makes them every New Year, but no one in my family likes them so I don't make them =(
BTW I made your homemade cranberry sauce with the pineapple and your sweet potatoes casserole for Christmas dinner and they were a big hit. My Father-in-law who used to be a food scientist (very intimidating to cook for) liked them also. Glad to hear your feeling better. I hope you and your family have a blessed New Year.
Blessings,
Terri

I love black-eyed peas!!! Sounds like a great week :)

Everytime you put "hot subs" in your menu I promise myself we will have them that week! It always sounds so yummy.

Kim, I've never participated in the Monday Menu postings, but might this year. It'll be good accountability for me.

I enjoyed your postings about the Martha Peace conference you attended. She held one in a city a couple of hours from me last year, but I wasn't able to go.

Kim, I tried to search your site for the post where you explained how you come up with your menu---Monday is chicken, Tuesday Mexican (I know that's not correct but you know what I mean--I hope!). Can you tell me where to look in your archives? Thanks!
