Friends
As you all know, my oldest daughter turned sixteen recently...you can read about our family ceremony and special evening here if you missed that. This past weekend, she had a few friends over to celebrate with her. They had a little dinner party outside, played games, did manicures, and had some dessert and fun time at our local coffee house...The coffee house is an old(very old!) house decorated with vintage furniture, interesting art work and photography all over the walls with a huge lit up deck to sit out on...and the most delicious desserts and coffee in a 100 mile radius. We love this place! I think they had a good time together--it is a great group of girls! Here they are at our house...aren't they cute? And so grown up?!?

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace, the times of sweet victories, and the tears of trials, knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

How fun! These things are what I'm looking forward to as my daughter grows up. BTW, I LOVED your daughters shirt!
Thanks! She got it for her mission trip to Mexico this summer.
What a special time for her!
