Still Here
I am still here and doing well...life has just been wonderful and busy. I will be back soon and share what all has been going on in our lives.

I'm thanking the Lord for all He has done and asking Him to open my eyes more to those around me who are hurting and need a Savior; a rescuer for their souls. I, too often, become self enthralled...busy in the things that need to get done each day. Yes, those things do need to get done...but it is so wrong to be neglecting those around me and not seeing the hurts people have. God, make me sensitive to other's needs and help others see your wonderful grace through us, as believers!

This video really convicted me. I have heard the song many times, but the video really brought it home and made me see how greatly I fail in this area. I so much want to be like the young lady that stopped and sat down with her at the end of the video.

Go here to see it.

So good to see you are back! I absolutely love your blog and have been lurking (hate that word!!) for a while. Your family is such an inspiration! We are also praying, praying, praying about adoption. So hard to be still and wait...but we have to continue to trust in Him.
Amazed by His grace,
Elisabeth

So happy to know that everything is okay. I watched the video you linked to. I've seen it before but it's certainly a wake up call to watch it again. Thanks for your heart and your wise words on this blog.
