Patio Dining
The weather is so gorgeous here right now. The temperatures are much cooler than usual, so we are enjoying being outdoors by the pool, dining outdoors, and taking it all in while we can. We had breakfast by the pool this morning. It was so nice! Tonight we are grilling out and this is on the menu...grilled vegetable kabobs. I love grilled vegetables about as much as I love roasted vegetables.
Yellow summer squash
Zuchinni
Red Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Portabella mushrooms
Red and Green Peppers
Toss chunks of vegetables in fresh squeezed lemon juice, a little balsamic vinegar, a touch of olive oil spray, and chopped fresh thyme and basil. Put on bamboo or metal skewers and grill on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.

This is how ours turned out...yummy!

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace, the times of sweet victories, and the tears of trials, knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

Makes my mouth water. So colorful! Isn't this weather amazing?!!
Oh how I LOVE veggies!!! Grilled, roasted, raw, however you want to serve them, I LOVE them!! Mr. U doesn't share my love, however. He can handle them in small amounts. Me? Gracious, I can easily eat nothing but veggies! YUM!!!!
Oh, and I will have to try your recipe for the roasted Vidalia onions! Yum! A kind neighbor brought us a 50 pound bag! HAHA! We've given lots of them away, but we still have a good bit left!!
His,
Mrs. U
