Cold weather is coming here later this week!
And what would a cold somewhat snowy, icy day be without white hot chocolate? This is our family's all time favorite favorite favorite Christmas/cold weather goody. I received the recipe from a friend a few years back. We had it at her house one cold afternoon and I had to ask for the recipe....this is where I get all my recipes from...I bug people! Anyway,it is divine and EVERYONE needs to make this for their family. It is wonderful on Christmas Eve with a few sweets before bedtime...or really anytime. You have GOT to try it!

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace, the times of sweet victories, and the tears of trials, knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

Oh this sounds DELICIOUS! Are you the one who posted some yummy green bean recipe with real butter and almonds? I made it for Thanksgiving and it was sooo good. I can't remember who posted it.
What state are you in? I'm jealous! I want wintery weather! It's been 68 - 72 since Saturday!
Dinner theatre green beans...yes,that was me!
That sounds absolutely decadent. Now that 1/2 and 1/2 is diet stuff, right? :v)
sounds great. We are getting some icy weather on Thursday.
Okay, I am really enjoying your blog!!! Mostly because you a very precious person. But also, I must admit, I am loving your recipes. I have been craving potato soup for the past 3 weeks. Everywhere we go, I order it. And, today I made your recipe for it (you posted the link to it a week or so ago). Anyhoo, boy, was it delicious. Thanks!!
And, I am so jealous that you are going to get snow!! Drink some coffee and listen to Christmas music while staring at your blanket of white outside for me!!!
Well, there is just a slight chance for it...probably just freezing rain.
Mmm. . .mmmm!!! That sounds fabulous, and such a divine alternative to regular, ho-hum hot chocolate. I'm taking the ingredients list with me to the grocery store later this week to have it on hand for an upcoming treat.
Thank you,Annette.
