Blueberry French Toast
Remember on Monday's menu post I promised a yummy breakfast recipe...plus,the crock pot beef tips recipe...but I never followed through...it was because I could not log in and now I am finally back! It really bothered me that I said I would post them, but then I could not. I hate that I did not keep my word. I apologize for that! It was out of my control. If anyone is interested, here it is:
Blueberry French Toast
1 loaf of french bread
10 eggs...yes,I said 10
2 c. of milk
2 (8oz) pkgs of cream cheese,sliced thin.
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1T cinnamon
3 c. fresh blueberries(or frozen)
Butter a 9x13 pan. Mix together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and salt. Set aside. Layer in this order: 1/2 cup bread crumbs,1/2 of cream cheese, and 1 c blueberries. Repeat the above layering and pour egg mixture on top over entire pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with 1/4 c of butter. Let this sit in fridge over night. bake at 350 until lightly browned and eggs are set. Normally about 45 minutes. Heat blueberry syrup with remaining 1 c of blueberries until the berries burst. The blueberry syrup is great served on top of the French toast.
Crock Pot Beef tips and rice
Any cut of beef cut into small bite size pieces....I like sirloin or tender chuck steak
1 pkg of dry onion soup mix(I Use only about 1/4 of this package)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup of water
Mix together in crock pot for 3-4 hours on high. Serve with long grain white rice or egg noodles. This is really good and easy.

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace, the times of sweet victories, and the tears of trials, knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

Looks yummy!
I'm not sure where to ask this, so I hope this reaches you :) I think you posted a music video with clips from The Passion of Christ & The Gospel of John. It was so beautiful and I haven't been able to find it since? Maybe I've got your blog confused with someone else!
That wasn't me,but I would love to see it!
The video clips were onmy sight for November 13th-FYI.
Kim, can't wait to try to french toast!
