Monday's Menu and some new pictures

Monday's Menu-Organizing Junkie is not hosting Monday's menu this week, but I wanted to post mine anyway...it keeps me accountable to stick with it once it is in writing. We have a REALLY busy week this week, but I am going to try to stick to this.

Monday---Slow Cooker chicken and dumplings, old fashion green beans,Pumpkin spice cake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting(I found this recipe last night...I'm going to try it out today)

Tuesday--Shrimp Scampi and linguine pasta, french bread, garden salad with ranch dressing

Wednesday--Chili or eat out before church

Thursday--Chicken Cordon Bleu, asparagus sauteed in olive oil and garlic, mashed potatoes....some days require shortcuts!

Friday--Slow cooker beef tips and rice, steamed broccoli, hot curried fruit(I always make this for Christmas day,too...but I use red grenadine syrup),rolls

Saturday--takeout chinese or pizza

Beautiful pictures Kim,
I keep thinking I should participate in the weekly menu just to keep myself accountable to a good plan.

Your family is so beautiful and photogenic! Your menu sounds yummy! And I know what you mean about having a menu in writing so you stay accountable. Unfortunately, for the past couple weeks I didn't get my act together! Sigh.
