I Will Glory In My Redeemer
This is one of our favorite songs to sing in family worship time. Love the richness of the words...verse 1 speaks of our justification and how we were made right before God,verse 2 speaks to our sanctification--our life that is secured in Him and He causes us to live rightly...and verse 3 our future,or glorification in Christ Jesus.
Beautiful!
You can listen to a bit of it here.
Beautiful!
You can listen to a bit of it here.
I will glory in my Redeemer
Whose priceless blood has ransomed me
Mine was the sin that drove the bitter nails
And hung Him on that judgment tree
I will glory in my Redeemer
Who crushed the power of sin and death
My only Savior before the Holy Judge
The Lamb Who is my righteousness
The Lamb Who is my righteousness
I will glory in my Redeemer
My life He bought, my love He owns
I have no longings for another
I’m satisfied in Him alone
I will glory in my Redeemer
His faithfulness my standing place
Though foes are mighty and rush upon me
My feet are firm, held by His grace
My feet are firm, held by His grace
I will glory in my Redeemer
Who carries me on eagle’s wings
He crowns my life with lovingkindness
His triumph song I’ll ever sing
I will glory in my Redeemer
Who waits for me at gates of gold
And when He calls me it will be paradise
His face forever to behold
His face forever to behold
His face forever to behold

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace, the times of sweet victories, and the tears of trials, knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

Beautiful song. Also, I hope you don't mind, but I liked to your worship post today. I hope that's okay!

I love this song too! It is a wonderful reminder of the undeserved grace God has extended to us. What a blessing to hear this song today.
