Great preaching going on in LA....
The Shepherding Conference is going on at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley California....and Tim Challies is there live blogging.
Some interesting stuff has been preached on so far...including John Mac's opening speech on the end of times. It seems to have a lot of folks discussing this topic.
I know 2 pastors from our church are there,as well as Irish Calvinist. I am looking forward to hearing more about it from them!

I am a stay at home mother to 4. I am very blessed to have a godly husband who loves the Lord and his family. I welcome the days of much needed grace,the times of sweet victories,and the tears of trials,knowing it is all for God's glory. I want my lifesong to sing to Him,the author and finisher of my faith. Soli Deo Gloria--To the Glory of God alone.

I'm listening to the Way of the Master's podcast as I type (and read) and they were just talking about the conference. John Piper and John Mac=intense! I love it!
I read Irish Calvinist all the time, and I too have been following the Conference. Good stuff there.
