Monday Menus

Monday--Honey Rosemary Chicken with Yukon Gold Potatoes, spinach and spring greens salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and baked pears. This chicken recipe is a new one, but it sounds wonderful! I will be using boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of the thighs, though.

Tuesday--Whole Wheat Penne pasta with Tomato and Basil Meat Sauce, steamed broccoli, garlic toast.

Wednesday--Pei Wei...Mongolian shrimp (probably) with steamed brown rice.

Thursday--Pan grilled salmon with Old Bay Seasoning, teriyaki stir fry vegetables, whole grain bread.

Friday--Martha Peace Conference!!!!

My Prayer this morning:
Psalm 51:10
Create in me a clean heart, O God,
and renew a right spirit within me.

Oh, Krista! I wish you could be there! But I also know God has you right where you need to be for now. I miss you and your family!

Oh yum! What time is supper tonight? ;v)

We had a night of worship at church on Saturday night and this psalm in the form of the song came out spontaneously in our Sunday service. Beautiful and my prayer also.

Those baked pears sound yummy! How were they? Should I try them?

Yes, they were good, but I would bake them for 45 minutes to an hour for a more tender pear.
