Monday Menus on Tuesday

Here it is, Angela!

A little late, but that's okay! This is what we are having this week! Happy Menu Planning!

Monday--Salsa chicken, black beans, fresh fruit salad(strawberries, pineapple, grapes, and bananas). We had the salsa chicken last night and it was really good! That was a new recipe for me.

Tuesday--Honey Baked Turkey Breast(from the Honey Baked Store),baked sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli. Strawberry cupcakes for dessert...it is someone's birthday...I'll never tell! : )

Wednesday--Pei Wei or Jason's Deli

Thursday--Pesto cheesy chicken roll ups, Italian steamed veggies, whole wheat loaf. This chicken recipe is new. It sounds so good, doesn't it? And easy...

Friday--Out of town birthday party...eat out.

Saturday--Turkey Chili, toppings and cornbread or Black Bean Vegetable Soup

Sounds yummy, as usual! Do you serve your black beans from the can and do you add anything to them?

Bush's black beans are really good...or sometimes I use dry beans from scratch. It just depends...but either way, we love them and they are so good for you!
